Robin is a top performer in connecting different people and working with them. It was nice to work together on the citizens' initiative Urban Oxpark in which Robin quickly realized how we as initiators of the various sports wanted to communicate our intrinsic motivation. The great thing about Robin is her diversity of skills to use all the tools of social media. She can photograph, edit video, write texts and write a clear social media content plan. Our group was very diverse and with different personalities and nice to see how Robin clearly knew how to translate the needs and make this understandable for our target group. Of course, this is also due to her friendly and sweet personality, but also the knowledge from the Creative Business study. No does not appear in Robin's dictionary and this may also be your occasional pitfall, so pay attention to that in the future. Robin I wish you a lot of success with your internship abroad and hopefully we will see you again soon.

With the help of a very nice video creator Robin, I have recorded a number of videos for my company about leadership, team development and personal coaching. Due to the techniques she uses, the videos have become personal, professional and pure. Robin's strength is that she is wonderfully herself and easily connects with you, so that I immediately feel at ease with her. Not entirely unimportant when recording videos. I would recommend anyone who wants to have original and professional videos made to visit Robin.

Robin van Casteren will completed her internship with RW Marketing today on the 20th February 2023. She completed this as a requirement of her schooling and it sees her complete a program commencing on the 5th of September 2022 in Creative Business from her school of University of Amsterdam (HvA).
​
It was in this time that Robin was given the opportunity to work under myself to learn and understand how a marketing company works, the roles and the different approaches we have to solving problems. Robin has been an exceptional intern who has been able to work on different projects, make different suggestions and ideas which have been good.
During her time at W Marketing Robin has worked on different creative based tasks which have included but not been limited to, design, branding, videography, photography, editing and animations.
The work Robin has done was to a high quality standard and saw her develop new skills. Robin is extremely talented and over time her skills will no doubt improve as she learns more. She is a fast learner and very driven and motivated in her chosen design field. She is also constantly striving to learn more and improve both personally and professionally. It has been a pleasure having her here and I would highly recommend her for any role.

Robin worked for her obliged internship as an event manager at CIOS Arnhem Sporting Events (CASE) from September 2017 until July 2019.
She was responsible for the organization of sporting events with 100 – 700 participants. As a professional account manager, she executed front office and back office activities in this area Robin started as a motivated eager to learn intern and developed into a very reliable event manager. She took initiative when needed or consulted in time with the right people. In a specific situation where an organizing team did not deliver what a client wanted, she an some of her colleagues stepped in to take over job to satisfy the client. In her last year of her internship, she was able to work as a full professional and was able to perform her duties independently. On top she coached the first-year interns to be able to fulfill their duties independently.
I can sincerely recommend an organization to offer her an internship or a job because I/m sure she will do her utmost to live up to your expectations.

Robin has made a major contribution in the past years that I have worked for ONFIRE in the co-organization of our camps as trainers / supervisor of participants. She has adopted a constructive and an active/positive attitude here and is a pleasant person to have in the organization.
